These terms cover your use of 8bitagency.ai, run by 8-Bit Agency (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
02What this site is
The site explains our services and lets you book an intro call. Nothing on it is an offer or a contract.
Any services, pricing, deliverables and responsibilities are set out in a separate written agreement that both sides sign. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.
03Booking a call
Intro calls are free and carry no obligation. Bookings run through Cal.com, so its terms apply to the booking itself. Please use accurate details. Either side can reschedule or cancel.
04Not insurance or legal advice
Everything here is general information. It isn’t insurance, legal or compliance advice.
Your agency stays responsible for its licensing and regulatory obligations. That includes the rules on calling and texting customers, recording calls and handling customer data.
05About the robots
RINGO, SCOUT, ECHO, TOCK, SAGE and the battle game are illustrations of the kind of work our agents do, not promises about any specific result.
AI can make mistakes. Every deployment is planned with testing and human review, and those details are spelled out in each client agreement.
06Playing fair
Please don’t try to break, overload or probe the site for vulnerabilities, and don’t scrape it at scale. Don’t use it to send spam, and don’t claim to be us or to be affiliated with us. Cheat codes are allowed. Exploits are not.
07Our stuff
The site’s text, artwork and characters belong to 8-Bit Agency. You’re welcome to share links and screenshots. Please ask before using our characters or artwork for anything else.
08Other services
The site links to services we don’t run, like Cal.com and Google Meet. They have their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for them.
09No warranties
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we can’t promise it will always be either.
10Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using this site. Our total liability for anything related to the site is limited to $100.
None of this limits anything in a signed client agreement.
11Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
